Quality control

Zero-tolerance inspection across every assembly

Every HIYIP headphone and speaker passes through a full-cycle inspection. Raw materials are checked on arrival, SMT assemblies are verified during production, and intermediate acoustic tests run before final assembly.

Finished goods are measured against defined tolerances for frequency response, RF signal performance, and mechanical fit. Batches that fall outside those limits are held and reviewed before release.

Testing stages

Four checkpoints from material to shipment

01

Incoming material inspection

Raw components and housing materials are verified against specification before entering the line, with dimensional and surface checks logged per lot.

02

In-line acoustic curve checks

Intermediate units are measured for frequency response during assembly, so drift is caught before final tuning rather than after packaging.

03

Anechoic and RF verification

Finished units are tested in an anechoic chamber for acoustic response and screened in RF test cages for Bluetooth signal stability.

04

Reliability stress testing

Sample units undergo environmental aging, hinge fatigue cycling, and drop testing to confirm consistent performance over the product's service life.
